For billing issues involving charges on your Apple ID, start with Apple's Report a Problem
flow as well, since Apple handles subscription billing and refunds.
Each device can complete 3 successful pass generations for free. Designing cards in the app does not use the allowance until a signed pass is successfully generated and confirmed.
You can still open and edit saved cards. Generating more signed passes requires Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime. Monthly and Yearly provide the same unlimited generation access while active.
Open your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or App Store → account → Subscriptions), select Walletify, and cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Open Walletify and use Restore Purchases on the paywall or subscription screen while signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Saved card designs stay on your device and can be viewed and edited offline. Generating a new signed .pkpass and validating purchases require a network connection to Walletify's server and Apple.
Apple Wallet requires passes to be cryptographically signed with certificates issued by Apple. Walletify's server signs the pass and returns the .pkpass file. Pass field values used for signing are transmitted for that purpose.
Email alex@apvl.dev and ask for deletion of server-side device or subscription records. Include helpful details such as approximate purchase date or device identifier if you have it. Local cards can be deleted in the app or by deleting the app.
