Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using Walletify, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Walletify lets you design custom Apple Wallet passes (including store/loyalty cards, boarding
passes, and Wi-Fi passes), store designs on your device, and request server-signed
.pkpass files to add to Apple Wallet. No Walletify account or login is required.
Free allowance
Each device may complete 3 successful pass generations at no charge. After that, generating additional signed passes requires an active Monthly or Yearly subscription or a Lifetime purchase. Designing and saving cards locally may still be available subject to app functionality.
Paid offerings
Walletify offers the following in-app purchases (US reference pricing; local prices may vary):
- Monthly ($3.99) - auto-renewable subscription with unlimited pass generation while active.
- Yearly ($24.99) - auto-renewable subscription with unlimited pass generation while active. Monthly and Yearly grant the same service level; they differ in billing period and price.
- Lifetime ($59.99) - one-time non-consumable purchase for unlimited pass generation associated with that Apple ID purchase.
Auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Monthly and Yearly subscriptions are auto-renewable. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies. Walletify does not process card payments directly.
Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the app or change devices, use Restore Purchases in the app to re-link eligible Apple ID purchases. Access depends on Apple's StoreKit records and Walletify's server-side validation of signed transactions.
Your content and responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Having all rights needed for any logo, image, trademark, barcode, personal data, or text you enter into a pass.
- The accuracy of pass content you create or present to others.
- Complying with applicable law and third-party terms when creating or sharing passes (including airline, retailer, or venue rules).
Walletify is a design and signing tool. It does not issue official tickets, memberships, or credentials on behalf of any third party.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass pass limits, authentication, App Attest, or payment checks.
- Use the service to distribute malware, phishing content, or unlawful material.
- Interfere with or disrupt the API, abuse rate limits, or reverse engineer signing keys.
- Misrepresent affiliation with Apple, airlines, retailers, or other brands.
Apple relationship
Walletify is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. Apple, Apple Wallet, App Store, PassKit, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. Your use of Apple services remains subject to Apple's terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
Walletify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that pass generation, subscriptions, or Wallet integration will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alex (apvl.dev) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Walletify. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Walletify in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim, or €50 if you have paid nothing, except where liability cannot be limited under Romanian or EU consumer law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you also keep any mandatory protections of your country of residence. Courts in Romania have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer venue rights.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product changes. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where mandatory law requires a different process.
